Our community shop offers job training, empowerment, and community connections, focusing on critical thinking, problem solving, communication, and collaboration. Youth engage with passionate instructors, fostering respect and igniting a desire to learn. Through meaningful experiences and hands-on projects addressing community needs, participants develop essential skills and leadership, gaining confidence and a sense of ownership.

Internships
Our internship program blends leadership, teaching, and organizational skills with technical woodworking expertise. Interns work on diverse projects like building Tiny Houses, boats, and murals, collaborating with people of all ages and skill levels, from novices to master craftsmen. This program provides job and life training, fostering community connections and offering multi-level maritime and woodworking education. Interns learn from experts and also instruct high school students, gaining valuable experience and a sense of project ownership.
